  7. Baseboard on a bathtub? Is that a thing? What about water dripping from people stepping in and out of the shower?
Not criticizing… asking because I don't know, but I've just never seen it before.

  10. Great videos, thanks for making/posting them! I have some upcoming projects, both kitchen and bathroom work on my own property. I assumed I'd have to pull up the old vinyl/linoleum before doing backer board and tile, but maybe it's unnecessary? How do you determine if you're going to pull up the old stuff or go over top, would you do this the same regardless of the room size/location? Do you use 1/4" or 1/2" backer board? Thanks again!

  11. Another fine job. 😎 I noticed the time guy at my last job placing the tile directly onto the existing vinyl. Would you ever suggest doing that?

  12. Good idea to hook up the faucet for water. Do you ever run into the problem with the toilet flange being below the floor causing the toilet to rock back and forth?

  17. Very nice. I always remove the mirror doors when hanging the cabinet, I'm always paranoid I'll bang it off something when installing it, also it makes it easier without the extra weight.

  18. Thanks so much for sharing as well as stating the costs of the remodel. I have two bathrooms, one this size and another a bit bigger that both need a full remodel and I have wondered how much it would cost to do it. I don't want to put the old tub back in the smaller bath though, I want a walk in shower instead.

  32. Nice! I am doing this to my bathroom. Just paiting it though, because tile is so expensive! But we have a closed in shower, so it should be fine. But I will be getting a IKEA sink combo as well.
Love your videos as always, very inspiring!
