  4. Brother has been doing upholstery for over 4 decades and always used a bread knife to cut foam not an electric one I have used one for cutting insulation as well It's unbeatable for the 2 uses

  7. I tried using my electric carving knife and it did not work as well as yours. I ended up using a jigsaw, which worked really well too actually.

    I'm resizing and cutting boat cushions for my sailboat,and they are all filled with foam.
