Basement Apartment finally completed
In I think 2007, I started turning the crawl space in my house into an actual basement and eventually into an apartment. I completed the last renovations in the basement in 2021 with the completion of the bathroom. Most of the bathroom was done by myself but the shower installation was hired out just because I wanted a very high quality installation. This video shows the completed renovation just before I rented it out. I didn’t renovate the ceiling because the exposed heating tubes actually provide radiate heat that heats the basement.
