    Don't you normally install the backsplash before the under cabinet valence? if are you installing valence first, won't you need to remove the gable piece and short it shorter so it sits flush? otherwise how do you install backsplash?

  3. I noticed that the cabinet is touching the wall on the right side. Shouldn't there be a spacer there so the door does not hit the wall? or is the door opening to the right? Thanks.
