I am looking forward to see how you makeover her kitchen your unique ideas I always enjoy and I wonder at times where you come up with them they seem to be your special gift.
I think it is great that you are teaching people and getting them involved in design they are learning from one of the best.
The living room looks amazing little suttle touches go a long away when it cones to utilizing the space you have.
I like the way you paint first that seems to make it easier when it comes to the creative ideas

I highly suggest a little table that slides over the arm of the sofa since there's no room for a side table. We've had a sofa on a wall with no side tables and I always found creative ways to put down my coffee or whatnot!

It‘s crazy how much plastic is in those hello fresh boxes. Of course it‘s practical for a family but honestly just take the time to cook something yourself, the world is messed up and we need to do something before it‘s too late!
