Thanks for the Video – I am building in Sedona and have a similar situation – it will be a 2400 s.f. single level with a flat roof ( 34' x 93') with a 17" pitch on the 34' side – I have figured 24" pre made rafters from Foxworth Galbraith – am I on the correct track with 34' long x 24" tall rafters. Thanks in advance, Mark

  11. Great video, I am currently pricing a 3 Story flat roof home and have never done a flat roof before. I am still a little confused on how you get some sort of minimal slope on the main body of the roof. I understand how to construct the crickets in the corners, but as for the rest of the roof were the engineered joist already designed for a pitch or did you have to furr the entire roof?
