  22. Go to H.D. or Lowes and buy a piece of trim. Uusually these places can cut the wood out for ya. Use 3m double sides tape. there ya go

  24. You can also make your own frame with wood mouldings – painted, put peel and stick on the back of the frame, why get some to make something that turns out that pricey when you can do it yourself?

  31. Mirror mate is to expensive and not budget friendly at all. I framed the vanity mirror in our upstairs bathroom for just $20 dollars using peel and stick tile that I purchased from the local Lowe's
