Love these videos. What if this shower needed a glass lid? I was thinking of a steam shower, but I have high ceilings and the existing fan above is at the center of the knee-wall separating the shower from the toilet. My thought was to put an angled glass lid to enclose the area during steam, but open a transom during a shower. Thoughts?

Phenomenal body of work, inspirational! if you get a chance to do time lapses without commentary and say shorten the video splits in addition to these commentaries i'm sure they would be just as popular!
Thank you for video-ing and commentating to such a quality and complex installation and even a rarity in today's times of admitting to errors and how you overcame them!

Nice series. Thanks.

great video series Rob. I really appreciate your thorough coverage of the process and some very useful tips that go a long way to satisfying the customer. I have almost an identical remodel now except the tub is under mount–so we don't plan to use 2x10s. Do you agree. I've already added the threaded rod with HD2A Simpson Hangers to secure the half wall that will also support glass walled shower.
Next stop is your website to pull down your write up.
thanks again,
Steve

Jenny – you'll save at least 15-20%

Thank you for this series. I am good at organizing, but have never worked electric or plumbing. I am considering being the General Contractor, but wonder if the savings is worth it. How much does a homeowner save by doing the contracting vs hiring a soup to mints contractor?

The shower tiles look a little odd where they stop short of the glass on each wall. Not sure why this is but I think it would look far better to go right to glass. Fantastic bathroom overall. Good job 😉
