In this video clip we will be having a seem at a flat roof mend that will include big places, or the complete roof if you need to have it to. This repair service employs a solvent centered bitumen sealant, the advantage being that it is lower price tag, dries promptly, and is waterproof fast.

If you assume you need a new flat roof you can check out out some of the options listed here :

  4. Mate, all I can say is thank-you very much. I've had a structural problem with my roof for the 23 years I lived in my house, which I believe to have been a problem from the time the extension was built 40+years ago. Your solution cost me AU$200 and maintaining it's integrity. This was after a no.of experts and two roofs later amounting to over AU$25000. Were I in Old Blighty, I'd give you a case of your poison (booze). Yes I had corrugations which prooved to be a pain in the arse, cutting the Flyscreen into strips got around that to some degree. I hope that my house now survives the fires. A hearty good on ya from Oz.

  5. My garage roof has an asphalt roof that is leaking badly, it has a layer of what i think is black basalt stones I guess that means I will need to strip thewhole roof of before attempting any repair. Is there any advantage to reapplying a similar topping? The slope on the roof is minimal.

  7. Thank you so much for this. I've been stressing about the cost of having a slightly seeping extension roof fixed. Now if it would just stop raining I can set about doing this (minus the scrim).

  18. Never use a flat roof in a rainy climate. And this fix is very temporary. But, good video and nice steady camera work.
