  1. Thanks guys, really helpful

  2. Where are these houses with wooden sub floors? In Florida its just concrete under that shit haha

  3. Love this video! Great job :))

  4. Demoing a wall is not great way to add value to the house πŸ˜€

  5. Thank u for your video

  6. Wow this video is misleading. 1:28 and 1:50 are incomplete statement. There are many other ways this wall could be bearing loads.

  7. No outlets? Too easy

  8. She made this video bearable. What a beautiful woman. Thanks

  9. I could watch this woman do anything…

  10. American houses appear to be built out of old cardboard egg boxes. Walls, floors, roofs ceilings, everything is just thin bits of wood with virtually no masonry at all. How can you live like that?

  11. If only this video was around when John Green had a moldy basement wall. We could have saved a call to Mikhail Gorbachev.

  12. How to remove a wall. Divorce.

  13. I dislike this video, as a landlord. Because tenants trash properties with no respect with your encouragement. Young women often get excited during the demo segments while landlords learn much later what has happened inside their property without permission or approval. Then poorly designed "improvements" are attempted and result in much disappointment for everyone involved.

  14. Awesome video! Thank You Ashlee and Cody!

  15. That 116 shirt though πŸ˜‰

  16. Thank you both for explaining what to use and how to educated your viewers in case a demo will occur. Very productive and instructive video.

  17. Hi guys, great video.
I have a question maybe two.

I’m a single mother with champagne taste but on a serious beer budget.
    I bought a 1940’s home and it’s less than 900sf.
It has shiplap that I’d like to reuse after I open the whole house up.
But all I have is a small crowbar a hammer and small saw.
    Any advice?

  18. wOw…these Moogleberries got DizzyKitten destroyed. Feeling the vibrations and the glugs on 10/1/2019.

  19. how do you find out if a basement wall is a load bearing wall?

  20. God thanks for the info but why take the rout of an 80s back and forth infomercial with fake conversations? lol

  21. πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ‘πŸ½

  22. 116 I digg it!

Have your say
